The Manager, Data Analytics and Reporting for Project Burger at L'Oréal is a pivotal role responsible for transforming the reporting landscape while ensuring seamless business operations. This position involves leading data and analytics initiatives related to the Burger Project, which aims to create a future-proof omnichannel system architecture. The role requires collaboration with various business units and IT teams to align reporting requirements with broader business strategies, optimize operations, and drive informed decision-making.

  • Lead the data and analytics/reporting aspects of the Burger implementation.
  • Align GCP functionality and reporting requirements with broader business strategy.
  • Identify and address implementation obstacles, providing viable solutions.
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to optimize operations and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with functions across the Burger program to capture business requirements and implement reporting.
  • Contribute to the Burger Steering Committee, providing updates on project progress and risks.
  • Define and implement reporting needs for the Burger implementation.
  • Evaluate existing reports for simplicity and harmonization.
  • Partner with IT to design BI data sources and establish data governance rules.
  • Create data visualizations and dashboards using PowerBI.
  • Lead the development and execution of test plans for GCP reports.
  • Manage the project plan, tracking progress and expenditures.
  • Lead change management efforts and ensure smooth adoption across the organization.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in project management, focusing on supply chain or IT implementations.
  • Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, databases, and macros.
  • Experience creating dashboards and reports using PowerBI.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and conduct in-depth analysis.
  • Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes and system integration principles.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects to completion.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Familiarity with e-commerce and retail operations.
  • Knowledge of data governance best practices.
