About the Team: As a Data Analysis Manager in Capital One’s Business Cards & Payments (BC&P) Field Strategy team, you will serve as the technical architect behind our field sales data ecosystem. You will lead the team responsible for the "how” by building the robust data foundations that allow us to scale our national sales organization with precision. You’ll collaborate with partners across product, marketing, and IT to transform raw data into a world-class infrastructure, fostering an environment where technical innovation meets strategic execution to drive our field performance to new heights. In this role, you will hold end-to-end accountability for our Field data infrastructure, specifically overseeing the data logic behind incentive engines and the tracking of upper-funnel lead health. You will be responsible for modernizing BAU reporting through automation, moving the organization away from manual data pulls toward real-time, interactive dashboards that empower our Relationship Managers. By bridging the gap between technical data engineering and executive strategy, you will ensure that our reporting is not only accurate and scalable but also acts as the primary catalyst for smarter, high-conversion business decisions across the entire funnel.
