About The Position

The Manager, Data Acquisition will play a crucial role in driving Strive Health's mission to provide cutting-edge kidney care services through effective data acquisition strategies and processes. This position involves leading a small team, managing various data acquisition initiatives, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the company's data ecosystem.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 4+ years experience in data acquisition or analysis with healthcare data.

Responsibilities

• Provide input into and execute on a data acquisition strategy that supports the company's mission and values.
• Lead a team of data experts, both direct reports and in matrixed teams, and support their professional growth and development by providing guidance and coaching.
• Build and manage relationships with external partners or vendors to acquire new data sources and integrate them into the company's data ecosystem.
• Work independently or with minimal guidance to develop and meet deadlines, coordinating and communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and resolving problems.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and priorities.
• Use data analysis from across the technology team to inform business decisions and support data-driven decision-making.
• Implement and enforce data quality, data governance, and data security processes to ensure data is accurate, secure, and accessible to stakeholders.
• Identify and implement improvements to existing processes.
• Build knowledge of the latest industry trends and best practices in data acquisition and analysis, and provide input into new technologies and processes that can support the company's goals.
