About The Position

The Manager, Cybersecurity & Infrastructure will be responsible for leading the strategy, architecture, operations, and governance of the organization’s cybersecurity and technology infrastructure environments. This role provides strategic direction while ensuring secure, reliable, scalable, and high-performing systems across data centers, cloud platforms, networks, end-user computing, and mission-critical business systems. This position will work closely with Director of Infrastructure Services along with technology teams, and business stakeholders to establish security standards, enforce controls, manage risk, and ensure operational excellence. The role requires a balance of hands-on technical leadership, strategic planning, and strong governance discipline.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
  • 6-10 years of IT leadership experience, specializing in cybersecurity and infrastructure oversight.
  • Proven experience managing enterprise networks, servers, cloud platforms, and security operations.
  • Demonstrated success designing and implementing security frameworks and governance programs.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, DevOps/DevSecOps concepts, automation, and monitoring practices.
  • Experience leading complex technology projects and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical risk into business impact.
  • Strategic, proactive, and security-minded leadership.
  • Risk-driven approach with strong governance and controls mindset.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities across complex environments.

Nice To Haves

  • Certifications preferred (one or more): CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP, CEH, AWS/Azure certifications, ITIL, PMP.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the organization’s cybersecurity strategy, policies, and governance framework.
  • Oversee vulnerability management, threat detection, incident response, and disaster recovery planning.
  • Lead security risk assessments and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Implement security best practices for identity, access management, data protection, and network security.
  • Manage cybersecurity tools and platforms.
  • Coordinate security awareness training and promote a security-first culture
  • Assist with system architecture, operations, and optimization of on-prem, hybrid, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Develop cybersecurity roadmaps aligned to business priorities.
  • Establish governance, processes, and controls to ensure reliable delivery and risk mitigation.
