About your role: You will lead efforts to protect Fiserv and our clients from cyber threats and manage and coordinate the analysis and response to security incidents, drive enhancements to our cybersecurity posture, and work with a team of cybersecurity professionals to mitigate risks. Your leadership will be essential in safeguarding our systems and ensuring the protection of our clients' data, contributing significantly to Fiserv’s overall security strategy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in incident response and cyber threat management.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, network security methodologies, and risk management practices.
  • 1+ years of experience in using security information and event management (SIEM) tools.
  • 3+ years of experience leading teams.
  • 6+ years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience.
  • In order to be considered, you must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the financial services industry.
  • Experience in digital forensics and vulnerability management.
  • CISA, CISM, CISSP, CCSP, or similar certifications.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the analysis and response to security incidents to protect Fiserv systems and data.
  • Coordinate the development and implementation of security measures to mitigate cyber threats.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance our overall cybersecurity posture including availability of tools and training resources for the incident response team.
  • Supervise and support a team of cybersecurity professionals.
  • Assist with regular security audits and assessments.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to security incidents and responses.
  • Collaborate with Detection Engineering for enhancements in SIEM/SOAR functionalities and detection rule tuning.
