About The Position
As the leader of a Mid Market Customer Success Manager team in the U.S. at Cloudflare, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our customers by investing in the development of our Customer Success Managers. This role requires strong relationship-building experience, deep technical and product knowledge, leadership and organizational skills, as well as a high degree of empathy to ensure customer satisfaction with Cloudflare's services. You will empower the team to deliver customer outcomes and grow adoption and utilization of Cloudflare solutions.
