Benepass is hiring a Manager, Customer Lifecycle Marketing to own how we engage customers (employers) and their employees (members) across the full lifecycle. This role is responsible for shaping and executing the post-sale marketing experience, from onboarding and launch through ongoing engagement, open enrollment, and renewal. You will drive how Benepass shows up at each stage, ensuring our benefits are clearly understood, consistently used, and deliver measurable value to both employers and employees. Sitting within Marketing and reporting to Product Marketing, this role partners closely with Customer Success, Customer Experience, Product, and Engineering to bring lifecycle programs to life. Success in this role means improving activation, increasing utilization, and driving long-term customer value across the Benepass platform.
