Purely Driven.Nestlé Purina PetCare Company seeks multiple Manager Customer Facing Supply Chain in St. Louis MO   Duties: Manage all aspects of the Nestlé Purina e-Commerce Supply Chain. Develop an efficient Supply Chain network to increase the company’s e-Commerce business by partnering with Sales, Marketing and all other related internal cross-functional teams. Ensure all Supply Chain requirements pertaining to the execution of e-Commerce initiatives are delivered effectively and efficiently. Maintain a thorough understanding of the e-Commerce industry including best practices, standards and innovative ideas while identifying any risks to the Nestlé Purina business. Develop strong relationships with internal e-Commerce partners and with the company’s e-Commerce customers. Lead and participate on cross functional teams to drive continuous improvement within the Supply Chain team and throughout the Nestlé Purina organization. Develop and ensure that key Supply Chain metrics are sustainable and relevant to the growth of the organization’s e-Commerce business.

Requirements

  • Job requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field plus 7 years of experience in the job offered or in a Supply Chain role. Employer will accept a 3 or 4-year Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3 years of experience partnering with distribution function to collaborate on business needs/results, influence, and accountability
  • 3 years of experience designing and establishing Supply Chain networks
  • 3 years of experience partnering with Sales function
  • 3 years of experience partnering with E2E order to cash function
  • 3 years of experience working directly with customers to streamline the ordering program and product inventory
  • 3 years of experience partnering with the Demand Planning function
  • 3 years of experiences partnering with the Supply Planning function
  • 3 years of experience working with Power BI, SAP, and Osprey
  • 3 years of experience working with Pivots and V-lookups in Excel and PowerPoint to present product results.

Responsibilities
