This role is responsible for direct Amazon account management representing Revlon Inc businesses for Amazon.ca (Canada). This role will develop, execute and foster a collaborative business partnership across the Revlon Inc. Brand, Content, Analytics, and Media teams to delivers sales and profit objectives. Responsible for developing a long-term customer strategy enabling accelerated growth with expansion and broadening of Revlon's eCommerce reach in the Canadian market.

  • Build strategic customer relationships to understand and drive Amazon's vision, key strategies and objectives.
  • Develop and sustain best in class business relationships with Amazon account managers and decision makers to facilitate JBP.
  • Responsible for completing Annual Vendor Negotiations as part of JBP process.
  • Proactively partner with cross-functional commercial teams to align customer opportunities and risks to ensure fluid execution of the business plan.
  • Collectively work and collaborate with eCommerce marketing to build digital strategies to optimize traffic, conversion, and recruitment.
  • Ensure the day-to-day effectiveness of content display merchandising, navigation, search functionality, and product presentation to maximize the consumer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Marketing, Sales, IT, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance, Digital Media and Legal) to optimize Amazon's growth and profitability.
  • Proactively manage the P & L to ensure profit targets are attained.
  • Responsible for all annual, monthly, and weekly forecasting and tracking of necessary metrics including gross shipments, consumption, and profits.
  • Identify and close distribution gaps in current assortment.
  • Deliver annual financial, gross sales and consumption objectives.
  • Effective management of Market Development Funds within corporate and budgetary guidelines.
  • Work closely with eCommerce Marketing and Digital teams to ensure Amazon's programs are developed and executed effectively.
  • Provide ongoing tracking, analysis, and measurement of trends.
  • Establish analytics on performance of marketing activities to evaluate ROI and optimize future marketing programs.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing or related field required.
  • 3-5 years sales experience, Amazon Vendor Central platform preferred.
  • Experience successfully developing and executing Amazon strategies and business plans, in CPG/Beauty industries.
  • Experience building effective Customer Joint Business Plans and demonstrated strong negotiation skills.
  • Solid understanding of Amazon business models and the ability to drive Amazon sales through innovative marketing/merchandising programs.
  • Strong financial acumen and proven track record in building and managing a P&L.
  • Advanced Excel/analytical skills.
  • Executive presence, strong communication/presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrated desire and ability to work effectively at both a strategic and tactical level in a fast-paced environment.
