About The Position

Sodexo has an exciting, remote opening for a Manager of Culinary Systems to join our team. The successful candidate will support recipe optimization and related strategic initiatives and engage in the development and maintenance of Sodexo's central menu, ingredients, and recipe databases, including but not limited to, recipe data entry, brand led recipe alignment, brand led order guide alignment. This is a remote position; however, proximity to our Corporate Headquarters in N. Bethesda, MD is highly preferred.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in operations and automated food systems
  • Culinary and/or nutritional background preferred
  • Strong data management skills
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel experience

Responsibilities

  • Recipe optimization for right product, preparation methodology, and brand standardization
  • Support recipe optimization strategy
  • Collaborate with culinary and ingredient teams
  • Documentation and reporting out KPI's
