The practice aims to help customers transform their infrastructure and workplace to adapt to the evolving needs of the digital era. By delivering cloud-driven modernization and operational transformation, Cognizant ensures that businesses can thrive in a secure environment. The position of Manager-CSI (Service Management) is based in Hartford, CT. The role requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in Service Management and Project Management, with at least 7 years in customer-facing roles. The candidate should have a strong background in tracking SLAs and KPIs, as well as experience with ITSM tools and processes. The ability to manage large teams and drive significant projects while collaborating with multiple teams is essential. Knowledge of Problem and Change management is also required, along with preferred certifications in Project Management and Mainframe technology.
