As Manager, CRM, you will lead marketing initiatives to drive subscriber engagement and retention. You will leverage new marketing technology, marketing channels, and customer data in innovative ways to deploy effective lifecycle marketing campaigns and customer-centric journeys. You will also operate as a product marketer, collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders to build new consumer offerings, as well as strategizing and executing a go-to-market strategy with critical marketing KPIs. Reporting to the Director, CRM, you will be based in New York City, NY and work in our midtown Manhattan office 3x a week (Tuesday through Thursday). As part of the CRM Marketing function, you will be embedded within the Engagement & Retention Marketing team, and will work cross-functionally with teams across the organization such as Subscriber Revenue, Retention, Marketing Operations, Marketing Strategy, Product, Engineering, Legal, and others.
