We're looking for a highly analytical and strategic Manager of CRM Strategy to lead our customer relationship management initiatives. This is a unique opportunity for a data-driven leader who can translate complex data into actionable strategies that drive customer loyalty, engagement, and revenue. As the Manager of CRM Strategy, you will be the bridge between our customer data and our business goals. You'll be responsible for developing and executing our CRM strategy, with a heavy emphasis on using data to inform strategic approach and decision making. You'll work cross-functionally across the business with key stakeholders in marketing, e-comm, loyalty, technology, and analytics teams to identify customer opportunities, design customer strategies, and optimize our customer journey. You'll report to the Director of CRM and be a key player in shaping how we connect with our customers and build lasting relationships.
