About The Position
The position is responsible for managing the operations of a plasma collection facility, overseeing financial, marketing, administrative, regulatory, quality, personnel, and facilities management functions. The role involves supervising daily functions and staff activities to optimize operational efficiency, providing support services for plasma centers, and managing training and development needs. The position also includes leading the Critical Action and Assessment Teams (CAAT) and ensuring compliance with regulations while fostering employee development and operational improvements.
