The Manager of Crew Records and Compensation is accountable for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of all crew records, as well as maintaining the integrity and reliability of crew compensation.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with CFR requirements related to Part 121 flight crewmember recordkeeping.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage workload effectively.
  • Familiarity with crew compensation and per diem pay.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a strong customer service mindset.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and meet the Company’s insurance standards.
  • Must pass a two-year drug and alcohol background check, pre-employment drug test, and criminal history records check (CHRC).
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred: experience with aircraft records systems.
  • Previous experience in a Part 121 Flight Operations, Inflight, or SOC environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure strict compliance with FAA regulations and company requirements for all crew records using company databases and tracking systems.
  • Prepare management reports as requested, including crew training and qualification milestones, anniversaries, and upcoming required training.
  • Oversee the accuracy, dependability, and reliability of all crew records.
  • Ensure the department and/or record analysts maintain organized permanent files for each crew member, creating new files as needed.
  • Conduct periodic audits to ensure record accuracy and coordinate corrections as necessary.
  • Prepare monthly and annual expense reports related to training activities.
  • Develop the annual training plan (“training footprint”) and oversee the associated budget.
  • Perform quarterly audits of both electronic and paper training records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Develop and implement new processes or improve existing procedures to enhance efficiency.
  • Manage the department to ensure full compliance with applicable Federal Aviation Regulations and company guidelines, maintaining a high level of confidence in record integrity.
  • Partner with Payroll to ensure crew compensation is processed accurately and on time each pay period.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
