Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5-7 Years of relative work experience
  • Skills in Collections Management, Financial Forecasting, Leadership

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the support and management of the Credit & Collections department, which includes developing and improving the operational goals of the department.
  • Manage the complete life cycle of highly complex projects, including approval, planning, execution and closeout to ensure planned results are achieved on time.
  • Develop budgets, timelines and ensure progress to plan, as well as tracking critical project achievements.
  • Coordinate the activities of a cross-functional team including exempt and non-exempt employees.
  • Define the project's objectives and ensure progress to plan, as well as tracking critical project achievements.
  • Provide research and assistance to leadership in the development and design of new projects.
  • Manage project status and information in the form of formal briefings, project update meetings and written, electronic and graphic reports.
  • Develop, maintain and manage detailed project plans, action item registers and major milestone timelines for all assigned projects.
  • Create and maintain process workflow documents to support business needs.
  • Manage all assigned projects to completion ensuring on-time delivery, meeting of budgetary demands and maintaining overall project ownership.
  • Act as a single point of contact for project status.
  • Maintain communication with stakeholders.
  • Facilitate and lead project meetings.
  • Measure and analyze actual performance and implement changes to improve team performance.
  • Promote positive employee relations by fostering a team environment of open communication, approachability and fair and consistent treatment of all employees.
  • Act as change management liaison and change lead in communicating important business initiatives.
  • Communicate messages to team in a positive manner that conveys connection to the business strategy, customers and employees.
  • Work cross-functionally with other areas to ensure consistent business operations and vendor processes.
  • Prepare activity reports, financial forecasts, and reports required by regulatory agencies.
  • Oversee invoicing from vendor ensuring timely payments and resolution of field issues.
  • Exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Maintain regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
  • Work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
