About The Position

We are seeking a results-driven Manager, Credit and Collections to lead our Accounts Receivable operations. This highly visible role ensures the timely and accurate invoicing of customers, effective credit risk assessment, and proactive management of collections to maximize cash flow and minimize bad debt exposure. This individual will manage the team and will be responsible for setting departmental objectives, implementing process improvements, and ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with company policies. This position will serve Rheem Northeast Distribution, in Islandia, NY.
