About The Position

The Manager of Creative Operations and Client Relations at Round Hill Music LP is responsible for acting as the primary liaison between the company and its artist clients. Requirements

• 3+ years' experience in a client-facing, account management role in the music industry.
• Understanding of music publishing, music copyright, collective management organizations (CMOs), and royalty flow in the music industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to cultivate relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Exceptional organizational skills and strong analytical abilities.
• Ability to balance independent tasks and collaborative projects with professionalism.
• Team player comfortable in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

• Familiarity with music industry negotiations and legal agreements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships between Round Hill Music and artist clients, acting as their primary administrative point of contact.
• Respond to client inquiries regarding payment timelines, update bank account details, collect tax forms, and provide payment instructions.
• Issue representation agreements for sync representation on master and/or publishing.
• Assist the VP of Business Affairs with administrative tasks, co-publishing deal points, negotiations, and closing items.
• Collaborate with the in-house attorney on incoming and outgoing deals.
• Keep the sync and licensing team informed of ongoing deals, terms, and rights.
• Field questions from clients and provide information related to client accounts, including song registrations, royalties, and statements.
• Contribute to large-scale projects and presentations associated with departmental priorities.
