Contribute as part of the backbone of our team: responsible for program and day to day admin, organizing and maintaining processes, agendas, and documents, taking notes, and ensuring timelines are clear, up to date, and adhered to Manage and update key documentation on an ongoing basis e.g production trackers, status documents, timelines, and media plans Contribute to the development of partner RFPs and review responses with KPIs in mind Serve as a resource for cross functional internal stakeholders Takes notes and participates in internal and client brainstorm sessions Supports in the creation and delivery of idea presentations that tell a clear and cohesive story on what each campaign element is, and how it comes to life in media from the point of view of the consumer Help manage pre & post-production processes and creative deliverables, serving as liaison between clients and partners throughout program execution Launch tracking and reporting to ensure assets are delivering in full and with quality control, flagging any issues to team leads as they crop up Review & organize campaign data contributing to wrap reports at program completion Leverage AI tools to identify opportunities for integration into workflows and processes Stay connected to relevant marketplace trends and proactive points-of-views on creative, culture and campaign work and shares with the team
