Requirements

University Degree with 8+ years of relevant experience or Advanced Degree with 5+ years of experience.
U.S. citizenship required.
Experience in correlating business processes with financial reporting.
Experience auditing internal controls and performing risk assessments.
Working knowledge of US GAAP and the COSO Internal Control Framework.

Responsibilities

Support month-end closing process including journal entries and status communications.
Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for operational compliance initiatives.
Ensure accurate SAP master data and project setup activities.
Analyze compliance gaps and collaborate to implement effective remediations.
Lead process improvement projects aligning with the CORE framework.
Design and perform internal control testing and improvements.
Support Collins Transformation and S4 HANA initiatives.
