About The Position
The Manager, Corporate Safety & Security Operations will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and security of Wayfair's employees, facilities, and business operations globally. This position oversees HQ security functions, office safety, executive travel risk management, the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC), and travel safety protocols. Reporting directly to the Head of Global Asset Protection, this role is critical to fostering a safe, secure, and resilient workplace, enabling employees to thrive while proactively addressing and mitigating risks. The successful candidate will combine operational expertise, leadership skills, and strategic thinking to address security challenges in a fast-paced, global business environment. This role requires 24/7 readiness to respond to evolving safety and security needs while driving proactive measures to safeguard the company's people, assets, and operations.
