The Manager, Corporate Procurement & Facilities will lead Help at Home's real estate portfolio while also overseeing centralized procurement processes across the organization. This role provides day-to-day oversight of our outsourced real estate partner (Cushman & Wakefield), ensures effective vendor and contract management, and leverages the Coupa procurement system to drive cost savings, consistency, and operational efficiency. The manager is a strategic and hands-on leader who can balance tactical execution with long-term planning, build strong relationships across departments, and serve as a key liaison between Finance, Operations, IT, and external partners. This is a REMOTE position with minimal travel expectations to the Chicago, IL headquarters once a quarter for on-site collaboration and department meetings.
