About The Position

The Manager - Corporate Planning role will act as a trusted partner in supporting management decision-making by leading company-wide planning, performance management, and strategic initiatives. This position is responsible for business planning, management reporting, performance analysis, and coordination between local operations and global headquarters, including support for expatriates and global stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain management Required
  • Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) Required
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration Required
  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • 7 - 10 years of related experience in Supply Chain, Automotive Logistics, Logistics Required

Nice To Haves

  • Korean speaking and writing capability Preferred
  • 8 - 13 years of related experience in Supply Chain, Automotive Logistics, Logistics Preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead annual business plan, budget, and mid-term plan preparation
  • Monitor and analyze monthly/quarterly business performance vs plan
  • Prepare management reports, KPI dashboards, and executive summaries
  • Identify performance gaps and propose improvement actions
  • Prepare reports and presentation materials for local management and HQ
  • Support executive meetings, business reviews, and strategy sessions
  • Support strategic initiatives, new business reviews, and investment analysis
  • Conduct market, competitor, and industry analysis
  • Participate in company-wide improvement and innovation projects
  • Act as a communication bridge between local office and global HQ, coordinate planning, reporting, and approval processes with HQ
  • Support expatriates with business reporting, internal coordination, and decision-making materials, prepare bilingual (English/Korean) reports, presentation, and official documents
  • Cross functional coordination work closely with Finance, Sales, Operations, HR, and other departments
  • Support Governance processes such as investment approval, pricing review, and major project reviews
  • Ensure alignment between business strategy, financial targets, and execution plans
  • Lead a dynamic planning process with a rolling strategy that is constantly monitoring market activities and helping to adjust key priorities
  • Oversee coordination of special projects and price quotes other teams, and presents insight to management for decision making and strategic planning
  • Partner with Business Development teams to expand into new channels and customer segments, including Finished Vehicle Logistics & Industrial sectors
  • Analyze Finished Vehicle market trends, customer behavior, and sales performance in the US market to support business goals and identify growth opportunities
  • Provide guidance, support, and training to employees under planning and analysis role
  • Perform Ad-Hoc analysis and reporting as required
  • Other duties as assigned
