About The Position

The Manager, Corporate Health is responsible for the efficient operation of the Corporate Wellness program. This individual assists the Director in the development of the budget for the Corporate Wellness programs and for operating within those budgetary constraints. He / she works to develop new lectures and screenings for the HealthWorks program in order to ensure growth. He / she is responsible for developing an annual marketing plan that outlines growth strategies and marketing tactics for growing VHC's Corporate Wellness program. He / she hires, trains and supervises PRNs and contractors who work for corporate wellness programs. The Manager Corporate health must be able to give a variety of health education lectures and perform a variety of health screenings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in health promotion or health education.
• Three years of experience in health promotion or health education.
• BLS certification.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree in health promotion or health education.
• Business background.
• AFFA or ACE certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the efficient operation of the Corporate Wellness program.
• Assist the Director in developing the budget for Corporate Wellness programs.
