This role is based in Sunnyvale or San Francisco. LinkedIn's Corporate Development team partners closely with cross-functional leaders to drive corporate and strategic initiatives, analyze market activity and competitive dynamics, and source, evaluate, execute and integrate M&A and strategic partnership opportunities. The responsibilities of the Manager include delivering strategic projects, landscape insights, strategic finance projects, M&A analysis, and scenario evaluations to inform LinkedIn's most-important business decisions. The right candidate has proven skills in financial modeling and strategic assessment/diligence, along with the curiosity and critical thinking needed to identify important factors that may never fit on a spreadsheet. In addition, the Manager must possess an ability to work directly with senior executives on company-critical projects.
