About The Position
The position involves analyzing investment opportunities, identifying value propositions, and evaluating risks for various projects including traditional vehicles, battery electric vehicles, autonomous vehicles, relevant infrastructure, software development, battery cell plants, and partnerships. The role requires coordination with cross-functional teams and external advisors to mitigate risks in proposed projects. Responsibilities include participating in new equity issuances, securing debt financing, performing budget analysis, and cash flow forecasts. The candidate will build and communicate business outlooks with relevant market information for senior leadership and provide comprehensive recommendations on financing, strategy, investments, and risk management. The role also involves executing contracts with third parties, developing export compliance procedures, and ensuring compliance with export control laws. The candidate will handle complex projects, lead negotiations, establish business objectives, and report on project statuses to management. Additionally, the role includes structuring and delivering investment projects, negotiating term-sheets, providing financial analysis, and monitoring performance of existing projects.
