The Corporate Café Leader will lead a team of Food Service Professionals responsible for running the café located in the Denny’s Corporate Support Center (“The Den”). This team will serve fellow Support Center coworkers during office hours, both in a café setting and in an internal catering program within the Support Center. Areas of responsibility include proper execution of café operations, managing ordering and production of food, creating and planning weekly specials, providing guests and coworkers with a great dining experience and upholding service and quality standards. The Manager has total accountability for the success of the cafe. The Manager must have a strong commitment to guest satisfaction and exhibits Denny’s Guiding Principles when interacting with others. Hours of Operation: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM Typical Work Days: Monday-Friday (work outside of these days/hours may be required sparingly for special events).
