Position Summary The Manager, Corporate Audit leads internal audit projects that assess financial and operational controls across the company. This role manages audit engagements from planning through reporting, supervises audit staff, and communicates results to senior leadership and the Board.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in accounting or auditing
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to travel up to 10%

Nice To Haves

  • CPA, CIA, CISA, or progress toward certification
  • Audit project planning and project management experience
  • Knowledge of business processes, risks, and internal controls
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead Audit Projects
  • Manage multiple, complex internal audit projects at the same time
  • Plan audit scope, timelines, and staffing with business partners
  • Review process documentation and identify key risks and controls
  • Oversee audit testing, quality, and progress
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource needs
  • Audit Execution & Reporting
  • Perform and review audit testing and documentation
  • Analyze results and assess business impact
  • Draft clear, concise audit issues and reports for senior leadership
  • Communicate findings and work with business teams to resolve issues
  • Team & Department Support
  • Coach and review work of junior audit staff
  • Support department initiatives, training, and team development
  • Promote integrity, inclusion, and a collaborative team culture
