About the position
The Continuous Improvement Manager at Otis Elevator Company is responsible for leading projects aimed at delivering measurable improvements within the Delivery Operations team. This role focuses on enhancing operational efficiency by engaging cross-functional teams and addressing priorities set by Operational and Functional Leaders. The manager will also drive a culture of performance excellence and provide training and support across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead Continuous Improvement projects aligned to functional areas, operating unit (OU), or operating area (OA) priorities, or KPI improvements.
- Engage cross-functional teams, technology and processes to accomplish results.
- Work closely with global and regional quality and continuous improvement capability owners, potentially leading training programs throughout the Americas.
- Drive a cultural focus on performance excellence and proactive improvements.
- Provide support and training in other areas of the delivery operations organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
