About The Position
The Manager of Continuous Improvement at Ryder Last Mile plays a crucial role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the business unit. This position is responsible for managing CI resources across multiple operations, driving change through data-driven CI, engineering, and automation efforts to enhance performance in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and growth. The manager will leverage data analytics and engineering methodologies to identify and eliminate root causes of inefficiencies, while also interfacing with employees at all levels to promote sustainable business improvements.
