The Manager, Content Engineer partners closely with the technical team to lead prompt engineering, building products from R&D to production. The Manager will direct the work of the content engineering team focusing on leveraging AI (prompt engineering and claude code) , no-code tooling and data analytics tooling (Kibana) to support external and internal customers. They will understand how to apply their expertise at scale, including via the use of prompt engineering for synthetic data generation, while exhibiting strategic product thinking to put user needs at the forefront of our work. They are a trusted content engineer who understand the importance of a whole-team effort in creating great products and who enjoys seeing colleagues develop. They should contribute prompts themselves to set the standard for prompting, but know that the prompts they write is far less significant than their ability to shape the whole team's direction, focus, and delivery. A Manager of Content Engineers is responsible for line management and career guidance.
