About This Role: We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Manager of Construction Accounting to lead our critical construction accounting department. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing all financial reporting, accounting operations, and compliance activities related to our complex construction projects. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate, compliant financial reporting and is essential for profitable project delivery, supporting the aggressive growth and infrastructure expansion of Crusoe. The Manager will manage a team of construction accountants, drive strategic process improvements in our accounting systems, and serve as a vital financial partner to both senior management and project operations teams.
