About The Position
Novant Health is seeking a Compensation Manager. The Compensation Manager will be responsible for the management of all corporate total compensation programs and participating in the strategic planning of those programs. Directs the research, development, implementation and monitoring of compensation plans. Counsels with management regarding the application of sound compensation, principles and practice. Oversees the compliance with legal requirements associated with compensation.
