We are looking for analytical Compensation Manager to provide human resources center of excellence expertise for the Total Rewards team. This position provides the opportunity to build in-depth knowledge in HR and the beauty industry. This qualified individual will partner with human resources and the business across L'Oréal USA to develop and lead critical compensation initiatives that align with organizational priorities. The compensation manager will be responsible for all compensation programs including salary merit and bonus planning, long term incentive plans. The role will conduct all data analyses related to the design, presentation and ongoing evaluation of compensation programs including base pay, long term-incentives, sales compensation and deferred compensation.
