About The Position

As Manager, Company Planning, Forecasting & Analytics, you will own and optimize the end-to-end systemically fueled model and process in a dynamic and growing Retail environment. You will serve as the financial link between the forecast and business partners driving forecast accuracy, exception management, trend analytics and providing actionable insights that drive cross functional decision making. You will also be a strong partner with the IT and Analytics teams to manage and improve models, data quality and systemic usability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Analytics, Economics or related field; Masters preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience forecasting or analytics.
  • Experience working with AI/ML forecasting tools/platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL and other data visualization tools (Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, etc.).

Nice To Haves

  • Understanding of time-based forecasting, model performance metrics and interpreting business seasonality patterns.
  • Proven ability to interpret data and communicate insights into business action plans.

Responsibilities

  • Manage channel sales and margin forecasts using systemic models and business drivers/inputs (promotions, market factors, etc.).
  • Monitor forecast outputs regularly, measuring accuracy and driving continuous improvement.
  • Identify anomalies and manage exceptions as necessary.
  • Partner cross-functionally (Inventory, Merchandising, Planning, Marketing) to align on drivers and trends.
  • Provide oversight and investment discipline to teams.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track forecast performance, KPIs, and variances.
  • Analyze variances, diagnose drivers, and recommend corrective actions with clear insights to leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Partner with IT/Analytics to ensure data quality and stay current on forecasting best practices.
