About The Position

Baptist Health Hardin is seeking a Manager, Community Health & Wellness! Full-time, first shift. Develop, implement, and oversee initiatives aimed at improving the overall health and wellness of our community members. Work collaboratively with various stakeholders including local government agencies, healthcare providers, community organizations, and residents to address health disparities, promote preventive care, and enhance the quality of life within our community.

Requirements

• Active RN license through the Kentucky Board of Nursing.
• BSN required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in nursing or community health program management, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of public health principles, theories, and best practices.
• Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, program development, and partnership building.
• Proficiency in data analysis, evaluation methods, and outcome measurement.

Nice To Haves

• MSN or Master's in public health, Community Health Education, Health Promotion, or related field preferred.
• American Heart Association CPR instructor status preferred.
• Grant writing, budget management, and fundraising experience preferred.
