The Communications & Engagement team is responsible for driving an internal and external communications strategy to protect and grow brand reputation across all channels. The team drives employee engagement and organization culture, leadership and business messaging for our global Sourcing offices, and external communications to a complex global network of suppliers and industry peers. As a part of this team, this role will focus on supporting the Head of Sourcing (located in Hong Kong) to support our global Sourcing offices, working closely with HR and functional leaders to connect our teams around the world. This role will work across teams in multiple locations to collaborate on listening and engagement strategies (including advocating for E&B and CSR activities) that will build meaningful relationships with stakeholders and drive communications plans against key initiatives. The role reports into the Head of Supply Chain Communications.
