A key member of the Tapestry globalmunications team, this role is responsible for creating powerful executivemunications and driving employee engagement for Kate Spade. Using creativity and agility, this role plays a critical part in bringing the KS brand to life with employees and key stakeholders. This role reports to the Director, Internal Communications and operates within a highly collaborative, matrixed environment, partnering across brand, regional, and functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency inmunications globally. Requirements

  • Experience developing and implementing effectivemunication plans and strategies; working with senior leaders; and developing engagingmunications.
  • Excellent written and verbalmunication skills, with a proven track record of developing and delivering multi-channelmunications.
  • Strong executive presence, with a proven track record of working with all levels of employees, from stores to C-suite.
  • Thrives in a changing global environment. Is a curious learner, enjoys problem solving and can collaborate across disparate teams.
  • Ability to work confidently while paying close attention to detail and quality.
  • A passion formunications, creative storytelling and our brands.
  • A talent for building networks and working cross-functionally across the enterprise. An eye toward story-mining and connecting dots while making progress against a broadermunications strategy.
  • Keen understanding of current news landscape. Tech and social media savvy in exploring different mediums/modes ofmunication to achievemunication objectives.
  • Curiosity and desire to create and collaborate with AI tools.
  • Basic finance knowledge and analytical skills to present impactful data to stakeholders
  • Basic graphic design knowledge to create engagingmunications
  • Bachelor's degree in related field, Master's degree a plus; an equivalentbination of education and experience will be considered
  • 4+ years' experience in a publicpany preferred-responsible for internal and/or externalmunications.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development of an internalmunications strategy for Kate Spade. This role will serve as the main contact to design aprehensivemunications approach that aligns key stakeholders with the brand strategy. The position involves working within a global matrixedanization tomunicate the KS narrative to stakeholders, ensuring consistency with the Tapestrymunications strategy.
  • Develop content and messages for the Kate Spade CEO & Brand President in variousmunications ranging from speech writing and presentations to videos, blog posts and emails.
  • Tapestry employees across our stores and our corporate offices globally are a key audience. This individual will be responsible for developing and executingmunications strategies that engage employees in thepany/brand vision and business strategies. Key focus on creativemunications strategies that bring the brand to life.
  • Work with a cross functional team to lead content development for a variety of events including leadership meetings, town halls, investor presentations, social impact work and global store leader conferences.
  • Developmunications strategies that positions Kate Spade as a brand employees love to work for. Lead social media content and strategy for Kate Spade .
  • Partner with the externalmunications team to bring to life media relations initiatives that strengthen Kate Spade's brand and corporate reputation.
  • Partner with global stakeholders to ensure consistent and relevantmunications.
  • Leverage data and insights to measuremunications impact and adjust strategy.
