About The Position
Join the Mayo Clinic team as our new Communications Manager of People Engagement and lead the charge in developing and executing our people engagement communications strategy. In this instrumental role, you'll partner with Mayo Clinic Human Resource leadership to craft and execute a dynamic communication plan that resonates across the enterprise and effectively reaches all employees. Your work will ensure all our people feel connected and understand how their role supports Mayo Clinic's goals, priorities and strategy. Your mission: to drive the engagement strategy, framework and communications calendar to strengthen employee engagement.
