About The Position

Requirements

  • Knowledge of graphic design for communication materials.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient with content management systems and business applications such as Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Builds out, develops, and manages content for the website, Sharepoint, social media, and other communication channels.
  • Develops and distributes materials such as newsletters, brochures, infographics, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  • Oversees branding and template development for the Office of the EVCO, ensuring consistency and adherence to the LSC style guide.
  • Coordinates with EVCO Cabinet members to develop a messaging framework for communications.
  • Collaborates with teams to highlight their efforts and develop narratives regarding operations.
  • Takes photos and creates short videos for various communications needs.
  • Utilizes reports and data-driven information to provide updates to leadership.
  • Incorporates feedback from stakeholders to ensure effective communications.
  • Assists with administrative tasks such as managing project timelines and deliverables.
