About The Position
The Manager contributes to and supports execution of fundraising, marketing and communications efforts at Vermont Foodbank, including: implementation of fundraising and general organizational communications strategy on digital platforms; development and implementation of digital fundraising appeals; support for and implementation of programmatic and organizational marketing and communications efforts; and campaigns aimed at donor engagement, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship as well as increasing food access and participation in Vermont Foodbank programs and resources. This position will support strategic organizational use of digital outreach tools and provide support for reporting and analysis for digital outreach and fundraising. They will contribute to content creation, story-gathering and donor relations efforts. This position is an hourly position. The starting pay for the position is set at $29.46 with eventual potential range ($61,285 to $82,915) placement based on years of experience within VF compensation equity roadmap.
