About The Position

The Manager, Commercial Performance – Global Goal Setting is responsible for supporting the goal setting process and developing goal setting tools for sales channels globally. This role involves identifying and implementing solutions, supporting continent leads and sales teams, and providing centralized services and tools. Additionally, they support training efforts, collaborate with technology teams, and ensure stakeholders can use reports and systems effectively. The manager addresses stakeholder needs, plans resources, and communicates ideas clearly, using technical skills in data management tools.

Requirements

  • 4-year degree from an accredited university and 2+ years’ relevant professional experience

  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of data management and tools like Excel, Access, SQL

Responsibilities

  • Support development of departmental strategies, operating plans, and business processes aligned to sales objectives.
  • Manage and improve business processes and projects, including prioritization, objectives, and performance tracking.
  • Respond to and resolve business requests with limited to moderate risk.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams and leaders to analyze issues and present solution options.
  • Act as a consultative partner to implement programs impacting the sales organization.
  • Organize, track, and manage information using systems and reporting tools.
  • Balance team priorities with broader organizational goals and business outcomes.
  • Identify and leverage resources to remove barriers and drive results.
  • Lead and support sales goal setting, production tracking, and timeline management across channels.
  • Develop, maintain, and deliver dashboards, productivity reports, and executive‑ready insights.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors supporting sales tools and reporting.
  • Collaborate with Global Technology and cross‑functional partners to develop, test, and sustain tools and analytics.
  • Support bonus compensation, productivity measurement, and recognition programs (e.g., Top Performer initiatives).
  • Ensure field stakeholders are trained and able to effectively use reporting tools and systems.
  • Respond to field inquiries, conduct research, and provide timely, accurate guidance.
  • Plan, coordinate, and support training activities, including webinars, calls, and documentation.
  • Organize and lead cross‑functional initiatives, continuous improvements, and sub‑workgroups.
  • Identify, scope, and implement enhancements aligned with strategic sales and continent priorities.
  • Set goals, determine priorities, and manage schedules and resources to deliver projects on time.
  • Communicate clearly and persuasively while producing accurate reports, presentations, and materials using Microsoft and analytical tools.
