Holman is currently accepting applications for the role of Manager- Commercial Insurance Operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.)
  • 2+ years experience, including + 0 - 1 years at a leadership level
  • Must have excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Nice To Haves

  • Additional education, certifications, or other distinctions are a plus
  • A thorough understanding of the fleet management industry and Holman's products and services is preferred.
  • Holman Client facing or Account Management experience
  • 1+ years Sales experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • The Commercial Insurance Operations Manager (CIOM) is a senior level role which is responsible for the overall client experience, retention, and ongoing partnership development of a defined client portfolio.
  • In addition to account revenue retention and client experience, the CIOM will own the responsibility to continue to identify strategic savings opportunities related to the client’s overall corporate strategy.
  • Maintain ultimate accountability for the client relationship, including retention and satisfaction by engaging relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide reporting on new business opportunities and existing account growth to support leadership in budgeting and forecasting.
  • Conduct insurance coverage reviews for both new and existing clients and provide recommendations.
  • Assisting in negotiating contract terms and conditions.
  • Perform detailed coverage analysis and make informed recommendations on placements.
  • Lead the client service team on deliverables.
  • Monitor the delivery of promised services.
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients and key insurance market partners.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, providing strategic guidance and recommending innovative solutions to clients and internal teams.
  • Maintain and develop a rapport with key market relationships.
  • Support the Marketing and Sales Enablement teams in developing marketing campaigns and sales materials related to insurance products.
  • Educate the internal team on insurance topics and support post implementation.
  • Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.
