Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or related roles (tech or services industry preferred)
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting
• Proven ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with executive-level confidence
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Nice To Haves

• MBA preferred
• Prior leadership or managerial experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead the financial planning & analysis (FP&A) process for a portfolio of U.S. product offerings
• Develop and maintain robust financial models to support strategic decision-making
• Serve as a trusted business partner, driving transparency, profitability, and sound financial outcomes
• Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to support growth and transformation initiatives
• Partner cross-functionally to support commercial strategies and key business initiatives
• Prepare and present financial reports and performance updates to senior leadership
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulatory requirements while continuously improving processes
