About The Position

The Manager CommData Business - Broadband is responsible for achieving sales and gross margin rate budgets within the assigned territory, implementing market plans to meet sales and marketing objectives in the Comm Data market. This role typically manages a team of sales representatives and a sales support team, overseeing a minimum annual budget of $4 million.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in the business or wholesale distribution industry.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Preferred 9 years' experience and a four-year degree.

Responsibilities

• Develop business plans that support the Comm Data market within the assigned territory.
• Work with sales personnel to develop tactical plans to implement the district plan.
• Establish annual sales and gross margin rates for applicable sales reps within the district.
• Evaluate industry and business trends for potential impact on the district.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and suppliers.
• Ensure effective recruiting, staffing, employee development, and performance management programs are in place.
• Assist in the development and implementation of tools and training programs to support business growth.
