The Manager of Coffee/Water/Filtration Equipment Technicians leads and develops a team of technicians responsible for repairing and maintaining coffee and water machines. In this role, you will oversee all service calls, prioritize and assign work, track progress, and ensure timely, high-quality completion. You will coach and mentor technicians, provide guidance on troubleshooting and repairs, and foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
