The Manager, Capabilities and Operational Excellence plays a critical role within the Cobrand Capabilities team, which is responsible for developing and implementing data and technical solutions that drive card-member acquisition and enhance the customer experience. This position requires close collaboration with Cobrand marketing, bank partners, and internal stakeholders to identify capability needs, align on scope and execution plans, and manage projects from development through launch and ongoing maintenance. This role oversees day-to-day IT and data operations, ensuring seamless information flow and system performance. The Manager is accountable for identifying, investigating, and resolving operational issues, maintaining robust processes, and driving continuous improvement. By analyzing trends and partnering with IT and external stakeholders, the Manager will recommend and implement enhancements that improve operational efficiency and support strategic business goals.
