  • Provide virtual on-site support for all new clinics to facilitate setup and organization and support all quality assurance efforts at existing clinics.
  • Develop and maintain educational curricula for Nurses, clinical staff, and clinical leaders ensuring alignment with regulatory and accreditation standards; incorporate evidence-based practice guidelines and emerging healthcare trends.
  • Deliver educational programs, workshops, and training sessions for nurses, clinical staff, and clinical leaders utilizing multimedia presentations, case studies, and interactive methods to enhance learning and foster a culture of continuous professional development.
  • Provide training to the nursing, clinical staff, and clinical leaders of new integrations and de novo care centers, focused on the standardization of patient care and introduction of CCRM’s protocol and procedures.
  • Offer clinical guidance and supervision to Nurses and clinical staff during their training and promote adherence to clinical protocols and best practices.
  • Conduct regular evaluations to validate the ability to provide patient education and support, identify areas for improvement, create personalized development plans, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with physicians, clinical leaders, nurses, and other clinical staff to ensure effective training.
  • Maintain records of training and educational activities and generate reports to track nurse and clinical training program progress and outcomes.
  • Assist with clinical supply and equipment procurement/replacement/substitution, and initiate ordering, location accounts, and schedule installation/maintenance for new and existing centers.
  • Assist with management of clinical vendors, ensure new integrations are added to current contracts, and procure vendors for location specific items.
  • Manage patient education programs and conduct patient-facing education seminars.
  • Serve as a secondary educator for third party reproduction on an as needed basis.
  • Serve as secondary educator for EMR and Clinical Systems on an as needed basis.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Bachelors in Nursing from an accredited school required
  • Current State Registered Nurse (RN) license (without limitations) required
  • 3+ years’ experience as a Registered Nurse required
  • 2+ years’ experience in women’s health, fertility, or OB/GYN, preferred
  • 1+ year experience in women's health, fertility, or OBGYN preferred
  • Previous management or supervisory experience, preferred
  • Proficient in adult learning principles, educational methodologies, and mentoring techniques
