About The Position
The Manager of Clinical & Sales Training (CAST) will be responsible for ensuring effective trainings are delivered that bridge skill gaps in sales and clinical knowledge, and continued development for all field sales employees. As manager of CAST, this position has primary responsibility of training deliverables, programs with a focus on merging selling skills with foundational clinical data and theory, and the learning management system platform. The ideal candidate will work in heavy collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Commercial Operations to deliver programs that meet the needs of the field sales organization for post TCAR clinical certification through advanced field training. This individual will collaborate on overall strategy, and implementation for Boston Scientific - TCAR in alignment with company goals and initiatives.
