Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in medical or regulatory writing within the healthcare, business, pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industry, with significant experience managing complex writing projects
  • 2+ years of research experience at a think tank, health tech or innovative healthcare services organization
  • Demonstrated excellence in written communication with a readily available writing sample
  • Experience working in high-performing, cross-functional teams
  • Ability to independently analyze complex data and derive key takeaways and best practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience leading epidemiological outcomes research leveraging claims (and other) data

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced degree in a healthcare-related field (e.g., PhD, MPH, MSPH with healthcare focus especially in biostatistics)
  • 2+ years of clinical research experience in a business setting
  • Exceptional ability to interpret and summarize complex data into clear, accurate, and concise documents
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and project management skills to ensure timely delivery of multiple projects
  • Knowledge of healthcare journals and academic publications
  • High level of accuracy and a meticulous approach to data and documentation
  • Thrives in collaborative settings and fast-paced environments
  • Values and promotes diversity in perspectives and experiences

Responsibilities

  • Drive execution of written papers, projects and abstracts
  • Contribute to clinical research roadmap and long-term strategy
  • Identify opportunities for additional research collaboration and publication output (e.g., conferences)
  • Work cross-functionally to effectively execute against our priorities
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
